-We ask that you place your order at least 4 days in advance. However, earlier the better can help ensure a specific date you would like as we can book up fast. -For special events or larger orders we ask that you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance. If you'd like a certain date, we recommend 4 weeks in advance. -At times we can accommodate last minute orders however, the order would need to be completed the day of booking to qualify.

There is 1 design/flavor cake per every 12 desserts as we are an independent small bakery. -All dessert categories (cupcakes, cheesecake tarts & cookies) have an option for choice of one design/flavor for every 12 portions. -Example: 6 - 12 cupcakes = choice of 1 design and 1 flavor cake. 18-24 cupcakes = choice of 2 designs & 2 flavor cakes. This also applies to cheesecake tarts and cookies.

Our desserts are nut free. Although our ingredients do not contain nuts we can not guarantee. However, we often have customers with nut allergies order from our bakery.

We have specific gluten free Cheesecake Tarts on our menu. Although the recipe does not contain gluten we can not guarantee. However, we often have customers with gluten sensitivity order from our bakery.

We are available for pick ups: Wednesday to Friday 2:30pm - 3:30pm Saturday 10:30am - 12:30pm Sunday 2:30pm - 3:30pm If you would like a later time during these days please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Our method of payment is e -Transfer. For larger orders of 4 dozen or more we may take credit card payments. Please contact us @ coracatts@hotmail.com (mailto:coracatts@hotmail.com)and we will do our best to accommodate.

-Generally, orders are to be paid in full. -However, larger orders of 5 dozen or more along with the booking date of minimum 60 days in advance would be eligible for a deposit. -The deposit required would be 50% of the total order payment. The remaining 50% to be paid 30 days prior to the booking date. -Once reserved and for any reason there is a cancellation, you will receive 75% of your total payment.
