We book orders in advance, with delivery or pick up options. Delivery is $7 within our vicinity. We service Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean, Barrhaven, and Dunrobin. If you live outside of these areas, let us know and we can arrange to try and meet your needs.

On the day of delivery, please be home between 1PM-7PM or arrange for someone to be home to accept your goodies. We will try and aim for specific times of arrivals. Upon arrival, the driver will knock or ring the doorbell. 

If you live in an apartment building, we will call you upon arrival and you need to come outside to pick up your package, as we do not go inside homes or buildings. If there is no answer at your house or apartment building, the driver will lay your parcel on the doorstep. In case of bad weather we will place your items in a plastic bag. When the driver drops your package off, we cannot be responsible for liability, loss of product, and/or damages.

We strongly suggest to place your order as soon as you're ready to reserve your booking as time slots can fill up quickly. All orders must be completed the day of ordering.
